Fees and subscription

The registration fee for the IEEE student members will be symbolic 10 EURO. It will include all the activities and proceedings of the symposium. Registration fee for the local members of the SB Maribor and one representative of other student branches will be covered with the help of the sponsors.

Fees for attendees and poster presenters:

!SB Maribor will cover publishing fees for all invited speakers!

IEEE SB Maribor will also try to cover all accommodation costs for one representative of student branch. We are still searching for sponsors. Please register as soon as possible, so we can do our planning and calculations. Registrations will be served on FRFS (first register, first served) basis.

Participants will have to cover all traveling expenditures. If we get enough sponsors, we might reimburse some of the traveling costs to one representative of represented student branches. We encourage everybody to try to find sponsors for the traveling expenditures.
